New Client Advance Booking Appt Deposit

Thank you for booking with Lisa Fiorentino at Groomingroom Hair & Vintage. Your business is greatly appreciated . New customers must leave a $25 to $50 hold deposit to confirm a booking. Please understand I'm a one woman business and require 24 hr cancellation notice 48 hrs notice for weekends and holidays. Hairdresser has the right to cancel if you're running more than 15 min late without a call. Please be on time. Lateness or a No show your deposit will not be refundable and you could be charged for your missed appointment at the discretion of the hairstylist. Hair services do not include New York service taxes, credit card fees or gratuities. ** Deposits after a custom look book and or pinterest board has been researched and created for you by the hair artist without booking services are non-refundable. If you do choose to book an appointment the deposit fee will be deducted from your bill.

Cancellation Policy

New customers must leave a non-refundable deposit to pre-book.Charges at the discretion of the hair artist. Appointment cancellation charge if less than 24 hrs in advance notice is not given for scheduled hair bookings.
