    Annemarie Davidson 1960's Copper and Enamel Owl Plate
     
     
    Mrs. Davidson was born in Germany in 1920 and came to the United States in 1936. She settled in Sierra Madre, CA in 1946. Her husband Norman was a pioneering scientist in Microbiology and a Caltech professor. 
     
    This beautiful plate is 8" round and has the Annemarie Davidson markings and labels on the back. It is in great condition with no chips or cracks. Mrs. Davidson passed away in 2012. Her legacy of art will live on for us to treasure and collect.
