Sasson Dress vintage 90s in blue with red detailing .
Red  thick piping around the mandarin collar, hemmed around the short sleeve edges and on the side slit which also buttons up.
Says it's a size 6/7
This is a straight dress  style so there's plenty of wiggle room.
