Thank you for booking with Lisa Fiorentino at Groomingroom Hair & Vintage. Your business is greatly appreciated . New guests must pre-pay (up to the discretion of the stylist) to hold and confirm a booking time. Please understand I'm a one woman business and require 24 hr cancellation weekday notice 48 hrs notice for weekends and holidays. Hairdresser has the right to cancel if you're running more than 15 min late without a call. Please be on time. Lateness or a No show your deposit will not be refundable, and you could be charged for your missed appointment . Hair service pricing does not include New York service taxes 4.875%, venmo fees 2%, or 20% gratuities. ** After a vintage custom vision board and correspondence has been researched and created for you by the hair artist without moving forward with a booking a charge of $75 will not be refundable. Otherwise consultations are included with a confirmed paid appointment 24- hr cancellation, lateness, or time change policy .We aim to accommodate schedule changes whenever possible. However, if we can not, due to short notice, and are unable to secure another appointment time, there is a cancellation fee for the billed service if we do not replace the lost income with another customer for your missed booking time.
