Thank you for booking with Lisa Fiorentino at Groomingroom Hair & Vintage. Your business is greatly appreciated . New customers must leave $25 to $50 deposit (up to the discretion of the stylist) to hold and confirm a booking. Please understand I'm a one woman business and require 24 hr cancellation notice 48 hrs notice for weekends and holidays. Hairdresser has the right to cancel if you're running more than 15 min late without a call. Please be on time. Lateness or a No show your deposit will not be refundable, and you could be charged for your missed appointment . Hair services do not include New York service taxes, venmo fees, or 20% gratuities. ** Deposits after a vintage custom look book and / or pinterest board has been researched and created for you by the hair artist without booking services are non-refundable. 24- hr cancellation, lateness, or time change policy .We aim to accommodate schedule changes whenever possible. However, if we can not, due to short notice, and are unable to secure another appointment time, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of billed service charges if we do not replace the lost income with another customer for your missed booking time If you do choose to book an appointment, the deposit fee will be refunded.
