On-location or Studio Wedding Booking Deposit

Service Description

Thank you for your wedding booking with Lisa Fiorentino at Groomingroom Hair & Vintage. Your business is greatly appreciated. On -Location or In studio Special Event / Wedding Hairstyling and /or Makeup service booking and consultation. Deposits are deducted from your service bill on the day of your appointment. Otherwise, it's non -refundable once consultations, correspondence, and custom pinterest vision boards have commenced. My business hours are: Mon, Wed & Fri 12 pm -9 pm Tues, Thurs 1 pm -9 pm Sat 12 pm -5 pm Sun 3 pm -9 pm No travel fees for NYC (Manhattan only) For On-location bookings or in-studio special requests outside of usual business hours, my rates are $240 per hr includes 20% tip Otherwise, $150 per hr within business hours includes 20% tip Additionally : New York taxes, Venmo fees are not included .These fees will be itemized on your receipt after the hourly total of service is commenced. All vintage styling/makeup curation times vary and can not be pre-determined A non-refundable deposit of $75 per guest is required to hold advance bookings.The deposit includes our ongoing consultation, correspondence,research curating hair, and/or makeup looks. We can determine what vintage hairstyle will work best with your dress, hair embellishments, face shape, hair texture, and length. Some hairstyles may require hair rats, a specific hair roller, and pin-curl settings under the hooded dryer, creating structure and time to build the style. I must see the dress style before curating my specialized modern and historical hairstyling looks. For Weddings: If you wish to do an in-studio preview that can be arranged, however, it's not included in the rate charge or consultation fee. Previews are best scheduled on a day when you might have a pre-wedding gathering with bridesmaids, a wedding shower, or a gathering with friends. 48 hrs cancellation notice for the weekend or 24 hrs for weekday appts. Lateness, or time change policy .While I aim to accommodate schedule changes whenever possible, if I cannot, due to short notice, and are unable to secure another appt time, there's a cancellation fee of 50% of billed service charges if I do not replace the lost income with another customer.
