Wedding/Special Event vintage hairstyling, makeup and consultation booking deposit
Service Description
Thank you for your wedding/ special event booking with Lisa Fiorentino Groomingroom Hair & Vintage. Your business is greatly appreciated. The deposit can be refunded or credited toward your final balance on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if a booking is not completed and once any consultation, communication (text/email), or custom vision board development has commenced. Business hours are: Mon, Wed & Fri 12 pm -9 pm Tues, Thurs 1 pm -9 pm Sat 12 pm -5 pm Sun 3 pm -9 pm No travel fees for NYC (Manhattan only) Rates $150 per hr within business hours includes 20% tip itemized separately on your Venmo receipt For On-location bookings or in-studio special booking requests outside of usual business hours, my rates are $240 per hr includes 20% tip itemized separately on Venmo receipts Additionally, New York taxes 4.875% and 2% Venmo fees are not included in hourly rates. Fees will be itemized at check-out All vintage styling and makeup curation times may vary and cannot be predetermined. A non-refundable deposit of $75 per guest is required to hold advance bookings. The deposit includes our ongoing consultation, correspondence, research curating hair, and/or makeup looks. Together we determine what vintage look will work best with your dress, hair embellishments, face shape, hair texture, and length. Some hairstyles may require hair rats, a specific hair roller, and pin-curl settings under the hooded dryer, creating structure and time to build the style. I must see the dress style before curating my specialized modern and historical hairstyling looks. For Weddings: If you wish to do an in-studio preview that can be arranged, however, it's not included in the rate charge. Previews are best scheduled on a day when you might have a pre-wedding gathering with bridesmaids, a wedding shower, or a gathering with friends. 48 hrs cancellation notice for the weekend or 24 hrs for weekday appts. Lateness, or time change policy . While I aim to accommodate schedule changes whenever possible, if I cannot, due to short notice, and are unable to secure another appt time, there's a cancellation fee of 50% of billed service charges if I do not replace the lost income with another customer. Please email groomingroom@gmail.com the date, time, and location of the wedding and / or event venue. I will confirm your appt, and block it out from my booking calendar. Cancellation Policy
We aim to accommodate schedule changes whenever possible. However, if we can not, due to short notice, and are unable to secure another appointment time, there is a cancellation fee the total billed service charges if the lost income is not replaced with another customer for your missed booking time.
